
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
(For general participants only. Not applicable to invited speakers.)

All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system on the conference website https://eafons2026.sg/abstract/abstract-submission by 15 November 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submissions must follow the specified format. Authors are responsible for reviewing and correcting their abstracts prior to submission. Abstracts will be published in eProgramme Book exactly as submitted, and authors are accountable for all errors.

All abstracts and presentations must be written in grammatically correct English.

Authors must indicate whether their abstract is intended for oral or poster presentation (final decision rests with the Scientific Committee).

Abstracts must include:
- A concise and clear statement of the aims, methods, results, and conclusions.
- A title not exceeding 30 words, accurately reflecting the abstract content.
- Word limit for the main body: 300 words.
- Two to four keywords, listed in alphabetical order.

Not permitted: tables, figures, images, abbreviations, or references.

Ensure all authors’ names (please indicate the presenting author) are correctly provided to avoid omissions in the abstract.

Reviewers reserve the right to reassign abstracts to different sessions or presentation types.

Important Notes: Before you click the “Submission” button, please review the following information.

Ensure you upload the correct version of Abstract. No proofreading or changes will be allowed after the submission.

Applicants may request their preferred presentation type (Oral/Poster), but the Scientific Committee will make the final decision.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation, your abstract has not been received. If you believe it was submitted but did not get a confirmation, please check that your registered email address is correct.

The registered email address will be used for all communications, including acceptance notices and updates.

Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee in accordance with established procedures.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to the submitting author by early December 2025.

The presenting author must confirm their attendance by promptly replying to the acceptance notification.

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by 31 December 2025, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
