ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • The presentation materials upload system will open on 20 December 2025.

  • Presenters must adhere strictly to the conference programme schedule.

  • Each presentation should be 5 or 10 minutes in length and delivered in English.

  • Presentations should not exceed 5 slides for a 5-minute slot or 10 slides for a 10-minute slot, excluding the title slide. Please prepare your materials and submit them by 20 January 2026.

  • For compatibility, all presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.


File Submission Instructions

  • File Format and Size: PowerPoint Slide
  • File Naming: Use your Abstract Number followed by the presenter’s full name.
    Example: ABST-00XX01_Jane Doe.pdf


Upload Process:

Once an abstract submitter has been accepted as an Oral Presenter, the secretariat will send the Oral Presenter an email with login details to upload presentation slides.


Confirmation:

After uploading the file successfully, the Oral Presenter will receive an automated acknowledgement email.

  • Submit well before the deadline to allow time for troubleshooting, if needed.


On-Site Presentation Guidelines

  • Please arrive at your presentation venue at least 15 minutes before the session begins. 
  • As a precaution, bring a backup copy of your presentation on a portable memory device/thumb drive.
  • To avoid compatibility issues with the projector, personal laptops should NOT be used for presentations.
